Integrated Condensing Steam Boiler with FGR Flue Gas Recirculation Technology

The Steam Boiler is a key component in modern industrial and commercial heating systems, providing reliable and efficient steam generation for various applications. Our Integrated Condensing Steam Boiler adopts advanced FGR (Flue Gas Recirculation) combustion technology, which recirculates a portion of the flue gas mixed with air back into the combustion chamber. This approach effectively reduces the temperature and oxygen concentration in the combustion zone. Since the activation energy for the reaction between fuel and oxygen is much lower than that between oxygen and nitrogen, fuel primarily reacts with oxygen, and only excess oxygen reacts with nitrogen. The lower temperature in the reaction zone significantly slows down the nitrogen reaction, effectively suppressing thermal NOx formation.

Through extensive research and testing at Foster Wheeler's R&D Center, the boiler structure has been optimized and matched with fully international brand low-NOx burners. Combined with our independently developed PLC control system, this ensures the Steam Boiler operates in a highly environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, safe, and reliable manner. Test data demonstrates that after adopting FGR, NOx emission concentrations can be reduced to below 30 mg/Nm³ (O₂ = 3.5%), meeting stringent environmental regulations.
