Condenser Dual-Level Arrangement: The condenser is arranged in a dual-level configuration, allowing for stepped utilization of flue gas residual heat. Internally, it uses non-cutting extruded spiral finned tubes to enhance heat transfer,resulting in lower flue gas outlet temperatures and higher thermal efficiency.
The boiler body, primary economizer, and secondary condenser are organically combined into one unit, making installation simple and reducing the footprint.
Based on the principle that the radiant heat exchange in the furnace is proportional to the fourth power of the temperature, we optimized the design of the heat exchange surfaces.
The wave-shaped furnace liner absorbs a large proportion of the total heat, providing good expansion and contraction properties.
Axially Symmetric Downward Offset Design: The wet-back counterflow combustion return structure is axially symmetrically offset downward.
High-temperature flue gases are entirely gathered in the front flue box, while the temperature of the exhaust gases at the rear is very low, allowing for direct insulation with a thermal layer, reducing maintenance costs.
The integral front flue box features a double-door design with double-layer sealing, making it simple to open, operate, and maintain.
Insulation Materials: The boiler uses double-layer aluminum foil glass wool as insulation material, offering excellent insulation performance, light weight, and convenient transportation and installation.
Maintenance and Access: The upper part of the boiler is equipped with a manhole device, and the lower part has a cleaning device, facilitating maintenance and upkeep.
