This WNS Series Horizontal Fully-Automatic Oil/Gas Fired Steam Boiler features a fully-automatic control system and a robust horizontal design with a center-offset, wet-back, three-pass structure for high reliability. The Steam Boiler incorporates a large furnace design and spiral flue guides to maximize heat transfer, achieving a thermal efficiency of over 98%. It is equipped with comprehensive safety protections, including multi-level water level detection and overpressure protection, and utilizes low-NOx burner technology to keep emissions below 30 mg/m³.

The WNS series gas steam boiler is a horizontal internal combustion three-pass fire tube boiler designed for efficient and reliable industrial steam generation. The boiler adopts a fully wet-back structure and advanced combustion technology to achieve high thermal efficiency and stable performance.


With a steam capacity ranging from 1 ton to 20 ton per hour, WNS boilers are widely used in industries such as food processing, textile manufacturing, chemical production, pharmaceuticals, and building materials.


The boiler system is delivered as a packaged unit, which simplifies installation and significantly reduces on-site construction time. Users only need to connect water, electricity, and fuel supply to start operation.

High Thermal Efficiency - Energy Saving

Foster Wheeler Boiler uses a center-offset wet-back downstream combustion three-pass structure. The boiler body features a large furnace design with wide furnaces and sufficient flue tubes, effectively increasing the radiation heating surface and enhancing the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

Spiral guide vanes are installed inside the flue tubes, increasing the flue gas path length and extending the heat exchange time, thereby effectively improving thermal efficiency. The wet-back structure ensures that the rear tube plate is not directly exposed to high-temperature flue gases, significantly extending the life of the boiler.

The furnace liner is corrugated, providing good thermal expansion properties. A reasonable airflow design ensures uniform temperature distribution within the furnace and effectively absorbs the heat from the flame, inhibiting the generation of nitrogen oxides (NOx). Smartness - Control

The boiler is equipped with an automated control system using a PLC programmable controller + touch screen control method. In line with the trend towards digitalization and intelligence, our company’s independently developed controller offers intuitive operation and strong expandability. Users can set the operating pressure of the boiler according to needs, and the system supports digital setting and automatic adjustment.

For water treatment, circulation pumps, and boiler feedwater pumps, manual/auto integrated switches are provided. For the burner, a switch for low/high fire is available, making maintenance easier.

With the PLC programmable controller + modules + supporting instruments, the system can be expanded to include variable frequency control, climate compensation, linkage control of multiple boilers, centralized control, and remote control.


Convenience - Design

Both the front and rear flue boxes are equipped with a pair of flue box doors, facilitating cleaning and maintenance of the flue tubes.

At the rear of the boiler, a viewing hole is provided for accurate observation of flame combustion. On top, there is a platform with guardrails and a manhole, and at the bottom, a cleaning hole is available, making maintenance and inspection operations more convenient. The boiler is equipped with both color and monochrome water level gauges to prevent misreading of water levels.
