The day before yesterday, our production workshop was filled with the roar of machinery and the shuttling of vehicles. Two 10-ton integrated air preheating gas-fired steam boilers successfully completed their pre-delivery inspection and officially set off for Malaysia.

The boiler adopts a downstream wet-back structure and corrugated furnace tubes, featuring good thermal expansion performance and high heat transfer efficiency. It achieves high efficiency and energy saving through cascade waste heat utilization, enhanced heat transfer technology, and steel-aluminum composite finned tube heat exchange. Equipped with an ultra-low nitrogen combustion system (NOx < 30mg/Nm³), variable frequency water supply, intelligent touch screen control, and integrated design, the boiler ensures stable operation, emission compliance, convenient installation, safety, and reliability.
