This eliminates the need for civil construction of the boiler room, significantly shortening the construction period.
✅ Small footprint, flexible placement: Standard containers can be placed outdoors, without occupying valuable storage space; when the park planning is adjusted, the equipment can be migrated and reused as a whole.
✅ Box protection, hassle-free operation and maintenance. The box comes with a rain-proof, noise-reducing, and ventilating structure, suitable for outdoor working conditions. The self-designed and developed PLC automatic intelligent control system with touch screen operation is more convenient and intuitive.
✅ Water-cooled premixed low-NOx combustion, safe and environmentally friendly. The boiler is equipped with a water-cooled premixed burner, utilizing a stainless steel flame tube and a combustion method with water cooling inside the tube. This results in a low flame temperature, making the temperature field inside the boiler more uniform, effectively avoiding local high temperatures and suppressing the production of thermal NOx. When the oxygen content is 3.5%, NOx emissions are less than 30mg/m³.
Providing heating and domestic hot water for office buildings and dormitories in the park is the preferred solution for lightweight and clean heating in industrial parks and logistics hubs.
