Four customized waste heat steam boilers developed by Firstd Boiler for a Russian client have successfully completed manufacturing and quality inspection, and have been officially shipped to the project site.The achievement of this key milestone marks a phased success in project execution and fully demonstrates Firstd’s comprehensive strength in the field of waste heat utilization and energy-saving environmental protection equipment.
These waste heat steam boilers were specially designed based on the client’s operating conditions, with full consideration given to local climate, energy efficiency, and system stability.During the R&D and manufacturing process, the Firstd technical team maintained close communication with the client and continuously optimized the design to ensure optimal performance in terms of efficiency, safety, and stable operation.
During production, Firstd strictly implemented its quality management system and complied with Russian standards. Multiple rounds of testing and commissioning were carried out on key components and overall system performance to ensure that each unit meets international standards and client specifications.Meanwhile, to ensure smooth delivery, detailed logistics and transportation plans were prepared in advance. Comprehensive arrangements for packaging, protection, and transport were implemented to enhance safety during long-distance shipment.
As a key energy-saving solution, waste heat steam boilers convert industrial waste heat into reusable steam, playing a vital role in improving energy efficiency and reducing operating costs.
